Surface Patterning
Surfaces may be patterned using a number or combination of techniques, including photolithography, self-assembly, and contact printing. Plasma treatment may be applied to facilitate pattern transfer, such as to enhance surface wettability to improve pattern transfer in contact printing or to etch masked polymer thin films.
