The present invention provides three kinds of nano oxide low temperature plasma treatment of aluminum, the method comprising the steps of: (1) The monomer to be grafted on the load surface of the nanoparticles of the size of the aluminum oxide, use of different single the load mode, namely: an auxiliary load loaded directly or the solvent; and (2) the surface loading the aluminum oxide nano-particles to be grafted monomer low temperature plasma treatment, wherein the processing power is 10W   150W, time 0.1s   3600s, a temperature of 10-400°C, the monomer nanoparticle surface aluminum oxide low temperature plasma-induced polymerization to achieve nano-aluminum oxide is surface modified.
